No response from Curve Support since 3 Weeks

Curve blocked my account and told me that i need to identify myself again. I did that a week ago. But nothing changed and support don’t answer anymore. I already mailed their mail support@imaginecurve.com and support@curve.app. Never got a reply. Tried in App Support, but still nothing.

What’s wrong at the moment? Nothing I know from Curve to be honest.

Community moderators cannot view accounts, we are normal users like you. So account related issues cant be or only rarely resolved by community moderators.
