No response from support

Curve blocked my account and told me that i need to identify myself again. I did that a week ago. But nothing changed and support don’t answer anymore.

Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do on the forum as we don’t have access to your account here. It’s best to get in touch with support team through email (support@curve.app).

The support team are getting a lot of messages right now so they’re taking a bit longer than usual to reply. If you’re still waiting on a response I’d recommend sending a DM to @AskCurve on Twitter or calling the number on the back of your card!
