I feel as though I have no option but to vote with my wallet and cancel my Curve Metal subscription. The customer support response time on issues is wholly unacceptable for a financial institution with my last issue unanswered for almost a week - 24th Feb.
On top of this, along with support the benefits have also slowly disappeared and the insurance offering is useless as it covers nothing. Refunds are a nightmare. Yes, my brick and mortar bank has forex charges but they also respond to me in a timely manner… I guess you get what you pay for.
I spend a lot using Curve and I’m just glad I haven’t had any concerns with fraud. I can’t be the only one feeling this way?
