Hi its been a month since i have ordered my card but i haven’t received it, i have emailed a few times but the reply is we will get back to you as soon as possible. Its been a month now how long do i have to wait before it to arrives. My mum ordered hers and it arrived after a few days.
Please let me know what is happening.
I am not happy with all this.
