I paid on 12th od December, merchant did a preautorisation in HUF. It was Hilton hotel payments at reception, transaction change from preautorisation to payment. check out on 13th of December, 1 night stay. On 14th of December I was charged again for the same transaction. I claimee to Curve via chat on 14th od December from this date no touch no info nothing from Curve customer care. Everyone has a covid? Or closed customer care already ???
