I am still unable to use my card. I also need to resubmit additional documents. Can you please check with your team when I can use my card?
I also feel like this is long on-going process and as a customer who paid for a 1 year subscription. I’m wasting 1 month just to wait for reply, send back and forth between support. And it usually took a week before I get reply just to say I need to submit more documents.
