Opening a new account, cards still linked to old account


When I was 16 I opened an account against the T&C’s (with hindset this was stupid), after a few days the account was closed with the account still linked. I turned 18 last month and wanted to open a new account, when trying to open a new account I can’t add any cards as I assume they are still “linked” to the old account. I have contacted support 3 times all times not helping just copying and pasting the same thing as the previous agent. I was hoping a curve employee could help me out here.
