Order cancelled but funds have been taken firm card

Good day. On March 12, I made a transaction via the curve payment card (combined with the revolut card). The store has canceled my order. The funds were first refunded but a few hours later they were taken again. I have contacted both the shop and the revolut on this matter. The store claims that it has not collected the funds, while revolut recommends contacting Curve. Where is my money ??? . I asked Curve by aplication for an urgent clarification of this situation but there is no response…

Z mojego doświadczenia środki w takiej sytuacji wracają na oryginalne konto w ciągu kilku dni. Jeśli tak się nie stanie, albo po prostu chcesz przyspieszyć ten proces, możesz napisać z maila powiązanego z twoim kontem Curve na adres support@imaginecurve.com. Z reguły działa to sprawniej niż czat w apce.
