I got a refund from Amazon, but didn’t get any notification about the refund from Curve app.
The purchase was made with Curve card and underlying credit card. Then I had made gbit to debit card.
Today i noticed that the refund had arrived to my bank account, but if I had not check the bank account, I wouldn’t have any idea of the refund.
I checked Curve app, and had to find the date when the gbit was made, and there i could see the right amount that was refunded to the underlying debit card.
Why didn’t I get a notification, it’s difficult to follow-up refunds, specially if the original purchase is made a longer time ago. Is it a bug or should the app be improved so there would be a notification also for refunds?
