Payment was declined but money was taken

Hi,

It’s so confusing I wonder if anyone could help. I tried to purchase something on Samsung.co.uk. The payment went through but on the website it was shown as “payment was not completed”. I tried it again and the same thing happened. Now I got 2 pending transactions in my account but no order was successfully placed. I contacted my bank, they told me to ask Samsung, I asked Samsung they suggested asking Curve. Such a hassle!

These payments should reverse automatically after a few days.
