Physical card arrival

Hello, i ordered my card and now in the app is given arrival day 15 of November, which is gone. How to get a tracking number? I tried with live chat, but the say 48 hours?
If somebody can give me a mail to the Support team, i will appreciate.

Your Curve card is sent by untracked DHL services. So it can not be traced.

That is support@curve.com. But if you already started ‘a chat’ this will have created a ticket. Sending an email will create a 2nd ticket on the same subject which is not desirable.
If you haven’t received an answer on your chat after 48 hours, please feel free to contact Curve on Twitter (@AskCurve) and ask for an update on your ticket.
