Priority Support feature in Metal Plan

Hi,

Regarding “Priority Support” - Get help fast, anytime, anywhere.

Can anyone tell me how will priority support work in November 2022? I cannot see differences in in-app support, it still says 3-5 days.

There is no priority support. The place is falling apart.

You wont get faster support, it’s false advertising.

Unless you ask for ‘cards colours’ or similar, don’t expect any help before 10 to 20 days.
