Problem accessing support tickets in app

In the Curve app, I can open help and see previous support tickets, but when I try to open one it says “Failed to load comments”.

Definitely using the latest App version, and have tried force closing and restarting.

Anyone else experience this, or know how to fix it?

It’s a known issue at times in the Android app - personally I never use it and just do it all by email (which I believe is all the in-app bit replicates?).

I use Curve for more then a year and I have that problem from the beggining, Android, IOS, every time that I want support on Curve or on an transaction I always recieve a message like that, contacting support never solved. Good luck
