Problem with Go Back In Time

Hi. I used this feature to move money off my Virgin Credit Card and back to my bank account. All was well until I noticed that the 4 transactions I moved are still debited on my credit card AND my bank account. Does anyone know the best way to proceed? Thanks in advance

it can take a few days for a refund of your initial transaction to arrive.

If you still see the initial transactions after 7+ days contact the customer service support@curve.com, they can check if the transactions is stuck or not yet processed by your issuing bank.
