Problem with verification in SwatchPay

Hi everyone,
In these days I’ve got a lot of problems with the verification method in SwatchPay. In practice, during the registration process in app, at the least, don’t give me the option to receive the OTP message for verify the card.
I contacted SwatchPay’ assistance and Curve for this problem.
SwatchPay tell me that they don’t do anything.
Curve responded with this message:

Please can you completely remove all Curve cards and adding attempts from your Digital Wallet on all your devices? Then re-add it again, ensuring all details are correct. Please only do this once.
This will reset the verification and allow you to make payments through your device again. Let me know how you get on!

Unfortunately, I am not capable of solving the problem. The verification available in the app is just to call an operator with the UK number … To be honest, I wouldn’t want to spend a lot of money on a phone call.
