Problems adding card

I recently downgraded from metal to black. I haven’t been able to add it to all credit cards or stores. It’s about 50/50
My subscription says it’s failed I have no idea how to change it
My app chat just goes back to Home Screen every time I try to use it
I have sent 17 emails most of which I got no reply to this has been going on for 2 weeks and I can’t buy shopping or pay bills
I loved curve what has happened to it??

Plus I can’t get verification via phone number
And if I delete the app I have trouble even getting in really stressed about it
