Profile screen broken for months

The profile screen in my app has been broken for months and no matter what I do I can’t fix it (clear cache, reinstall the app, etc). The issue happens both on Android and iOS, so it seems it may be related to my account somehow. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I’ve been in touch with support for about 6 weeks regarding this issue, but they haven’t figured it out yet…

I experienced this issue during one of the beta versions but it got fixed with an update. What version are you on?

2.15.3 on Android and 3.4.8 on iOS.

I think I’ve been having this issue for about the same amount of time, so maybe they are related:

Notice the conversion between USD and EUR is 1:1…
