Re-adding a card gives error message

I used to have a Visa card on my Curve app, which I have removed a while ago. Now trying to add it back and it gives me the following message: Something’s gone wrong. Please check your connection and try again.

Tried to delete app and re-install it, but no luck. Curve could not really help. Any ideas?

as Ijihuh said, getting in touch with customer support would be best as they can take a look at your account and see what the issue is. Out of interest, was the card previously connected to a different account?

I have contacted them, but no response yet. It’s been 3 days now. The card was connected to the same account.
