Re-subscribe to mailing list

Yesterday I accidentally clicked the unsubscribe button in an email receipt. From that moment on I wasn’t able to receive email receipts anymore. I also didn’t find a way to re-subscribe to the mailing list again. While trying to re-subscribed I also clicked the unsubscribe button again in other Curve emails such as newsletters or the delivery notification of the card.
After changing my email address within the app, I was able to receive receipts on the new email address.
Am I now re-subscribed for all emails by Curve again with my new adress? Or only the receipts? Is there any option to manage email subscriptions instead of only unsubscribing?
