I referred my wife to curve, she has made at least three transactions using her curve card but none have registered on the app. This has been logged by me, but I’ve had no response from support and when she tries to log the issue via the app herself the system will not let her message be delivered?

I emailed nearly a week ago now, no response from Curve support.
