Refund Card Allocation Not Triggering

I received an email saying that I had a refund due, but needed to select which card it would be refunded to. The email instructs me to open the app and select the card - the email was received 5 days ago, and the app has still yet to show me the screen mentioned in the email.
I’m running the latest iOS build on the latest iOS system update.

I also reported this to support via the app, but I’ve not heard anything back - are they closed, or is 5+ days the new lead time for a reply?
