Refund issues

I feel like I’m forever chasing after Curve to process my refunds.

Is there any way to speed this up? It’s getting rather tiresome having to regularly write to customer service. If I didn’t keep a record of what refunds I’m due, I would be fair amount of money down.

Quite agree. I had learned of a £2500 refund from HMRC but heard nothing from Curve or underlying card for 10 days. By ‘coincidence’ when I contacted Curve support they told me the refund was being processed that day!

I have the same to be honest :frowning: not happy really is absolutely double work
