Refunds with the Curve card locked in the app


I just purchased some items on Amazon, but then found them cheaper, so cancelled the original order.

So payments for both orders have been taken.

Will having the Curve card in the app locked be an issue for the refund?

As you may have guessed, first online refund with the Curve card.

I believe refunds are not affected by a locked card. Only outgoing payments are blocked.


@chrislee16228 What @Malik has said is correct. Money going back to your underlying cards through Curve are not prevented by the card being locked, only outgoing transactions. :slight_smile:
