Replacement card SLA

I’ve now had my Curve card so long that it’s expiring this month.

I had confirmation on 16 May that a new card has been issues, and the app gives an ETA of 23 May to receive it, but it’s still not arrived (UK address).

Does anyone know what the current lead times are for replacement cards? Should I ask CS to replace the replacement or keep waiting for a few days longer?

It takes up to 10 working days for your details to be processed, plus between 5-14 working days (depending on location) for your new card to be delivered. Don’t panic though – your new card should reach you before your current card expires!
