I recently joined Monzo Plus and one of the best features is being able to create custom categories. This lets you get more specific about your spending e.g. instead of “transport” it might be “car wash” or “petrol.” “Shopping” could be more accurately categorised e.g. clothes, pets etc.
I’d love to see something comparable on Curve. Monzo lets you do this for multiple bank accounts and credit cards, so in one app I can see and categorise my spending on my credit card, First Direct etc. Curve already lets you see spending from multiple banks/cards, and feature parity here would be very useful. For me personally, I’d be able to drop Monzo Plus and become a paid Curve user instead.
