Russian with permanent residency in EU - Possible become curve customer?

Hi guys,

A russian friend with long term permanent residency (20+ years) in an EU country (Denmark) is trying to get a curve card. He keeps getting rejected after uploading his documents in the app.

Is he eligible to get a curve card? or do the sanctions apply to russian permanent residents as well?

Hello @DontTazeMeBro,

Curve does a risk check when someone tries to open an account.
Do you have more information about what the rejection message tells him?
