Samsung Pay - Not receiving SMS for activation

Good morning,

I am trying to add my card on my smartwatch via Samsung Pay, but cannot activate the card as I am not receiving the SMS for verification. This issue started this week at it used to work before.

Anyone suffering the same issue? any recommendation?
