Hi i signed up to samsung pay+ via samsung pay and it doesn’t show the +. I made an order with the intention of getting 5% cashback but now I’m worried something has gone wrong in the system? Can someone help, thanks

So when you sign up to a regular Curve account, you’ll be unable to sign up for a Samsung Pay+ account as well, as our customers aren’t allowed more then one Curve account.
It could be that a Curve account was mistakenly created by signing up through the Curve app instead of through Samsung Pay. Our support team will be able to help you out with a solution to this! If you’re not sure how to contact them, you can reach them via email at email@example.com.
