Showing incorrect payment status in the App

Is anyone else having the same problem with payments having gone through successfully but showing as declined in the App?

For me, in the last month this has happened quite a few times on several different underlying cards.

Having a declined status means you can’t GBiT if you wish to, even though the payment has actually gone through and if you wish to take advantage of Curve Credit that’s not possible either.

I am not sure if this is a beta thing or not.

It can’t be just me :thinking:

I had the opposite problem - 2 small payments declined at terminal, but appeared in app as successful. Found out it was an Apple Pay problem.
