Shut out of Curve

Hi,

I’m not sure if there is a wider problem, but I keep getting curve failed transactions and more recently I open Curve and It presents itself as a newly installed app. Today this happened and I login again, it asked for my pin, it doesn’t accept the pin, try other options and I’m locked out. I’ve requested a new pin but I’ve not received any notification that my request has even been noted. Yes, I know it’s Sunday, but I assume this is automated. Anyone else had this?
