Signed up for metal, funds taken, sub still shows free card

Logged this as a bug here:

Basically I’m a new user, paid for the top tier, Curve have taken my funds and I’ve got nothing. Did I do something wrong? Do I need to do anything?

This is an ongoing issue that was amazing for their Black Friday half price promotion!

You’ll need to raise a formal complaint to get these refunded back to your underlying card if the charges are processed.

I haven’t used any cards via curve, but curve have taken payment for the Metal tier

Where do I need to raise the complaint?
