Smart rules not working

Issue: When I open the smart rules view I just see an error message and it just doesn’t work at all.

How to reproduce it: Open smart rules. Try to add a new rule.


Device: IPhone 12

App version: 3.50.0 (29834)


Also I’ve trying to contact support in-app and I don’t get any response. I’ve tried multiple times different threads and nothing, no contact whatsoever. I wonder what the ‘Priority Support’ on my metal tier actually means.

Yeah I have the same. Support knows about the issue but they don’t have any estimates on when to fix it. FYI they’ve replied to me in between 3 to 7 days. Probably moved you down the line if you keep writing messages
