"Something's Gone Wrong" error message

I have been attempting to sign up for several weeks, however, all I get is a message that “Something’s gone wrong” and no ability to do anything else. I have deleted the app, re-installed and still get nothing.

Currently having the same issue on the address page after clicking to continue.
