Speak to customer support

I have downloaded the app and added a card. But now I keep getting the message “Sorry, we can’t offer you Curve at the moment. Please contact support, we might be able to help you.”
I have clicked on “Contact customer support” and left a message but no one got in touch with me yet. Can you please help?

Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do on the forum as we don’t have access to your account here. It’s best to get in touch with our support team through email (support@curve.app) or Twitter DM “AskCurve” so they can take a look!



Usual response time from Curve’s customer support is currently around 7 calendar days. :sleeping: Please allow them a little bit more time until they respond to you… :clock1:
