Spotify UK - continuous payments

In January I had an unrecognized Spotify UK charge on my card and Curve quickly reissued a new Investor card shipping it in a coupe of days to my address.

However these charges continued to appear in Fabruary on the new card and Curve is proposing to re-issue anothe new investor card. I just read about CPA is being a possible cause of payments going through to the new card. great idea except in cases of fraud as I do not know how to stop these fraudulent payments - except closing my Curve account.

Anyone having the same experience?
