Still awaiting investor card and blue card constantly declined and no reply to emails or in app support

Still awaiting investor (metal) card (Ireland based) and blue card constantly declined (despite not having over spent on spending limits) and no reply to emails or in app support (days later, perhaps the most frustrating part). I’ve invested a good chunk of my annual salary in you guys, and for this to be first impressions, is completely and utterly disappointing to say the least! Please help ASAP!
