Still can’t get my card limits increased after 18 days

I had uploaded all the required documents.
Then no response.
I asked two times, still no one answered me.

For my friend it took ~9 weeks (!) to increase limits.

I can think of 3 possible reasons why so long:

  1. Understaffed
  2. Low priority task
  3. To check user, Curve asks 3rd party sources for info, that might take additional time to get reply.
