Totally agree with First Direct AND HP! Instant INK is a hopeless product if you want to cancel it…

One good bot example is Amex. Normally a repeating (just twice) “customer service” will take you straight to a human conservation.

Luckily I managed to stay grandfathered on the free plan on HP Instant Ink, so when this printer inevitably dies it can just stay there dormant and the printer will be recycled. It already refuses to accept the black cartridge and HP refuse to send me a new one so it’s colour cartridge only until they do!
