Hi there, I’m a member of Curve Metal. My card was suspended I believe and I’ve been trying to get someone to re-instate it ever since but no answers. It has been 2 months. The Curve support team claims they are going through a lot of messages but 2 months???

Unfortunately we don’t have access to your account as we are fellow users like yourself. If you’ve already (as you’ve said you have) contacted Curve the only thing you can do is to wait on them to get back to you.
I know it’s frustrating and I apologise for that but unfortunately there is nothing we can do on that front.
Curve support is a non-existent thing. It’s just a bad joke.
