Has anyone else experienced this problem? I can see a transaction on my bank statement referring to Curve transaction but can’t see it in my Curve timeline.
Compounding this I returned the item to the seller and received confirmation that they had issued a refund on the day WC were stopped by the regulator.
On top of this the amount was different to the original transaction.
It is now a month down the line and responses from customer service is non committal.
Appreciate knowing if anyone has experienced this issue!
