Transaction taken 3 times! No response from support

I made an amazon purchase 2 weeks ago where the money was taken twice, and this morning its been taken a third time. Support cases raised at 0710 this morning. No response yet. Shocking service.

Currently £230 out of pocket. This is unacceptable.

Same. It duplicated a £120 transaction today, and I can’t even contact support via the app as it says it’s unavailable. Was able to via the website though. Some serious issues going on today.
