i have added my card to curve and it has said that it is verified, however when I try to add it to samsung pay, it declines and says that there was an error, can anyone help?
Just to be sure…when you say:
‘it’ refers to your Curve card, right (not to your Halifax card)?
Ok, and what’s the error message?
it just says “there was an error. Please try again!”
Assuming you live in the UK (or any other country where Samsung Pay is already supported), I am afraid there is not much we can do for you, since this is a user community, so we don’t have access to your account. Please contact Curve support, through the app or by email (email@example.com).
