Trying to downgrade subscription, but support not answering

Hi I wanna downgrade my account but no one answering my ticket or chat nothing help

Sent number of chat messages emailed to nothing if nothing is done will take further as the support is not there thanks

Plus I am on black account proirty support says yeah right

I’m afraid that since this is a (mostly) user powered community we don’t have access to your account.

Your best bet would be to contact Curve via Twitter @AskCurve and hopefully that might speed things up.

can anyone work the same magic here? My ticket is now 1 week old, and I’ve been charged the subscription fee which i assume will be refunded.

Should this not be automated by now??
