Uk card issues

I received my new card after fraud happened on my previous card.

I’m in the Uk and the transaction was on a transport network in the us.

Card arrived but totally wrong card number so I can’t activate it and then top the same issue I’m in the uk and the USA transport network charges my card

Please get in touch with the Curve Customer Support and tell them what happend. You also should contact the merchant who charged your card to find out more and maybe they can ban or blacklist your card/identity in there system.

Once a merchant or payment service provider has your (expired) card on file he can get your new payment details by using ABU (Automated Billing Updater) / ACU (Automatic Card Update).
