Unable to change Subscription charge card

Does anyone else have an issue changing the card from which thir subscription is charged?

I keep getting an error and only get the options to try again or try another card. Nothing works. I’ve also tried reinstalling the app and using another device still nothing.

My card is no longer valid and need to change before the 28th which is when my subscription charges.

I have to be honest I’ma little disappointed with the lack of response from curve support.

Ive be having the same issue for a few weeks now, have support been able to resolve this for you? .

Nope not resolved. The only updates I get are it’s being investigated. Nothing about it’s a known issue or that we need to wait for a code fix. I’m a big advocate of curve and I’m a little disappointed by the lack of comms
