Unable to Contact Curve (UK)

I’ve recently had problems with a charge back / refund and ive raised a support request (Support@Curve.com) and asked for help on the app. Ive not heard anything from Curve for over a week now.

Does anyone know if Curve is still operating? I dont know what else to do to request help.

In my experience, they will get back to you eventually, sometimes it takes a few weeks.
