Unexpected/disputed transaction – what do I do next?

I saw a charge from a company which I didn’t recognise. Because it was small, it was charged to Curve Cash.

I immediately completed Curve’s disputes form, and locked my Curve card in the app – but what do I do next? I don’t have a physical card, only using Curve via Apple Pay, so I don’t know how this happened. But in any case, of course I need a new in-app Curve card number. Will this happen automatically, or must i request it?

You should be given a new card number automatically, but unfortunately we can’t check your account on the forum as we’re Curve users just like you!
