I would like to update the first name associated with my curve account. I have emailed all the necessary documents over and over again both via the app help support and via the link which was sent to me when I raised the issue for the same as well.
Despite contacting the ‘help’ section for raising this issue with multiple advisor’s, I still have no result on this regard. Can anyone please help me on resolving this matter?
If your Curve card still works you don’t need to worry, you already contacted Curve. Opening multiple tickets can slow down the process of getting a response. Currently it can take a bit until you get a reply from CS.
If its an emergency then i would recommend dropping @AskCurve a message on Twitter. The Social Media Team can check your case and forward it to CS.
