I am on Black (monthly 9,99 €) at the moment. I would like to upgrade to Metal yearly payment. Will I “loose” my 9,99 € from this month or will it be refunded (partially)? I would like to avoid paying twice for one month.
In case you were already benefiting from a premium Curve subscription and you’d like to level up to Curve Metal, you don’t need to be worried about the billing differences. You’ll get a refund for the remaining period of your Black subscription (it might take from 2 to 5 working days).

Just be aware that there is no “priority support” it took around 1 month to get an answer and it did not change since 3 months. If you do not have issue then fine but if one day you get one be ready to harass them on twitter…
