Upgraded to Curve Metal couple of weeks ago, it seems that there is NO SUPPORT whatsoever now. We are supposed to have premium support, with faster responses and I have not heard anything back from 2 chats I have logged with customer service.
I had good support when I had Curve Blue, can’t believe there is no support available for Premium customers…

Our customer experience team are still working hard to improve the level of service they’re able to provide and we still anticipate all customers receiving the first response within 48 hours.
